N35302 Cessna 172I Panel and Avionics upgrade

Fabricate full panel for new Avionics. Installed new Dual G5 Attitude/HSI electronic flight instruments. Remove existing radio stack and install serviceable GTN-750 Comm/Nav GPS, new GMA-345 Audio panel, GTR-205 Comm Radio and GTX-345 Transponder. Add dual USB C charger and a clock.

Old radio rack to be removed.

Yokes and plastic panel overlay removed.

Instruments and radios removed. Wire is beginning to be pulled.

Wire is pulled out and ready for new harnesses.

New wire harnesses being added into the panel.

Cutting of the new panel on the CNC machine.

Test fist of the new panel and instruments.

Panels final coat of paint before getting screened.

The panel painted and screened with the instruments installed, powered on and configured.
